Where is my order confirmation?

There are a few reasons you may not have received an order confirmation:

  • Your order confirmation may be stuck in your spam folder. Make sure to check there first!
  • If you have set spam filters too high, our emails could be deleted once they are received. Check your delete settings.
  • If EM Cosmetics (support@emcosmetics.zendesk.com) is not added to your address book, you may not receive confirmations from us. Make sure to add us to your contact list!
  • Your order may not have been successfully submitted.
